Même si Konami n'a toujours pas confirmé l'arrivée de Castlevania sur Wii, de nombreux indices corroborent vers une sortie de la célèbre licence sur la console de Nintendo. Le comic américain Castlevania : Curse of Darkness (inspiré du jeu PS2) contient une page de publicité annonçant l'arrivée du jeu sur Wii, comme en témoigne  ce site :
