Une adaptation de Metal Gear Acid (PSP) sur le PlayStation Network est fortement envisageable, selon Hideo Kojima interrogé par le magazine britannique Eurogamer. Toutefois, aucun projet n'est actuellement en cours de développement chez Konami.
